Who We Are

HAVEN is an independent music venue in the heart of Oakland, Pittsburgh’s college town. We house a 2,000 sqft venue and event space where we feature live entertainment every week!

Why Haven?

Our venue serves as a haven for concerts and events in Pittsburgh’s most populated borough. We are the only independent venue in Pittsburgh’s college town of Oakland, where 25,000 students live within a mile radius of our space.

Rentals

Looking to host a concert or special event? Haven offers a fully equipped space designed to fit your events needs. Our 2,000 sqft space is available for rental including student club events, networking events, pop-up shops, art exhibitions, and more. We can provide professional lighting and audio, chair and table arrangements, and ticketing services to make your event run smoothly.

HAVEN is located at 401 Atwood St in the Oakland Neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA. The venue is in walking distance to the University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University and Carlow University.

Paid parking is available two blocks from HAVEN, near Forbes Avenue on Atwood and Meyran Streets. Additionally, the Forbes-Semple Garage is a five-minute walk away and costs $6.00 on weekends after 4 p.m.

Tickets for events can be purchased through our ticket provider IndieTix or in-person unless the event is Sold Out.

Yes! Haven is available for a wide range of private events, including formals, corporate gatherings, private concerts, workshops, and more.

Our space is equipped with professional audio and lighting systems to meet the needs of your event. We offer tables and seating arrangements to comfortably accommodate over 100 guests.
